Intouch Communications Ltd is committed to complying with all regulatory requirements as well as all internal processes and ISO standards. We fulfill these requirements through training, monitoring, and auditing whilst continually improving our policies and processes to ensure they reflect any changes in legislation. 

Intouch Communications Ltd is also committed to conducting our business honestly and ethically and to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity at all times. 

To support the effective implementation of our compliance program, we have a dedicated compliance team that reports to the Executive Board. The compliance program is designed to ensure that all employees meet the high standards that we have set for ourselves. 

Ofcom is required under the Communications Act 2003 (as amended) (“the Act”) and the Broadcasting Act 1996 (as amended) (“the 1996 Act”) to draw up a code for television and radio, covering standards in programs, sponsorship, product placement in television programs, fairness and privacy.
